That's why we developed Zona Health™ software, a software application that acts like a personal coach to help you reach your blood pressure goals. Zona Health™ software makes it easy to monitor your progress; you can even chart your Zona Plus™ scores and blood pressure readings side by side to help you stay on track. -

™ ™ T HERAPY TEPS ™ AT A LANCE On/Off Button Display Screen Grip Sensor USB Port ™ SING Reminder: You should perform a successful therapy with your Zona Plus™ 1 time per day, a minimum of 5 days per week. The device provides the user visual and audible feedback about their progress in following an isometric therapy protocol, at the target handgrip strength and for the target period of time, which has beneficial effects when used for the overall management of cardiovascular fitness. -
