Lourdes V., the associate who assisted me, was so professional and pleasant. I learned about the different types of charms in categories, and even the terminology for certain types of items. She was patient and helpful while showing me different items for my bracelet. She asked various questions about my bracelet, since I didn’t have it with me, to help me with my selections that day.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at pandora. The customer service was excellent I did have an online pick up but I also purchase more while there. No one rushed me and I was able to add more meaning to my bracelet.
