I had to ask and question everything before I received information about anything! I was left for at least 45 minutes at a time twice with no explanation. I had to ask if anyone had checked out the question of nickel immediately before I was to be anethesized. This led to a 45 minute interruption while they called the manufacturer of the device, who said they shouldn't do it. If I hadn't spoken up, it would have been implanted, and I may have died due to the reaction! None of this is noted in my post-surgery summary.

I've been seeing this doctor for almost 20 years. Until recently there have been no problems contacting her office. Whatever your new management has done is absolutely horrible. I understand profits are now your goal, not helping sick people.

I'm so glad and thankful for Dr. Alabi. She is so brilliant and exudes confidence and talks to you in a way that helps me understand. She talks to me during procedure letting me know what is being done. I love her and never want another vein Dr.
